We double sales opportunities by combining sales with marketing by helping our brand partners create awareness for their products with their products.
Via Roamlike, brands are able to sell their products to multipliers – such as hosts of vacation rentals.
We ensure that guests always find the right information about the products they can try; amplified by tech and data.
We enable guests to make convinced purchase decisions and offer a convenient way to buy the products they loved during their stay.
However, many inefficiencies with the current purchasing model for hosts of vacation rentals remain, making it difficult for brands to address this relevant customer segment, and for hosts of vacation rentals to benefit from cost advantages and specific product advice for holiday homes. Day by day we learn from our hosts and curate relevant products and brands to work with accordingly.
Honesty is in our roots – that is why we set out to create authentic product experiences for customers. Our team members’ experiences cover consultancy of multinational corporations in the fields of digitalization, marketing, finance, product development and user experience.
Deine Aufgaben
What we are looking for:
Roamlike is seeking a Product Management Intern to join our team in Cologne or via remote work. You will be working with our Demand Team at the forefront of our success by developing customer understanding solutions. Your team will be responsible for enabling thousands of hosts to benefit from our product portfolio. You will be collaborating closely with the product, customer demand and sales teams to ensure an outstanding product portfolio tailored to our customers' needs. You will be assisting in the fields of data management and e-commerce to create an outstanding experience for users.
Your role at Roamlike shall include, but not be limited to:
Improving and developing Roamlike’s e-commerce presence via data management. Sharpening our user understanding to offer relevant products and information. Supporting customers via chat and phone. Your go-to person will be the Head of Demand.
Dein Profil
Requirements:
You are studying at university or recently graduated and already gained experience in (user) research and research methods, both quantitative and qualitative.
You have some experience in working with MS Excel.
Previous involvement in new product development, preferably e-commerce is a plus.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Fast learner. You have a natural curiosity and intellectual mind to deeply understand new topics in the industry and pick up new skills in a very short time.
You like to analyze, understand and draw conclusions from data.
You are a team player who likes to share knowledge and achieve goals together.

A user-focused individual who keeps the customer at the heart of everything we do, while having strong commercial awareness.
